e-Learning - BYOD
BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) was introduced into the senior school at the beginning of 2018. On this page you will find out all the information you need to know if you choose for your child to bring a device to school. An important thing to remember is that BYOD is not compulsory.
Keeping Safe - Using HEART OnlineWe endeavour to do our best to keep children safe online. There are a number of ways in which we do this. First and foremost we use our school values, HEART, to education the children in making good choices when learning online. We also have infrastructure in place to keep our children safe, i.e., Linewize and N4L. This allows us to filter and view online activity from any device.
We ask all students and caregivers to discuss and sign our e-Learning student user agreements annually. You can view and download these below. |

What To Buy
You have two options. You can either purchase a Chromebook with a quadcore processor (not dualcore) or a Macbook Air. These devices are available anywhere. Also please supply a set of headphones and a protective sleeve for your child's device. Below is the quote from Harvey Norman for the Chromebook with the specs we require. Click on the button to download. Please come and see us if you have any questions.
