Help Us Fundraise And Win!

Our PTA has 100 boxes of chocolates to sell to raise money to purchase sports equipment for every class. We are hoping to raise $2000. Can you help us sell them? They are very easy to sell to families, friends and close neighbours and even better if you have access to factories or work colleagues.  We don't encourage children to go door to door.

Only one box of chocolates will be given out to a family at a time. Once the money is returned for the first box of chocolates another one can be issued, if you wish. All chocolate money should be returned to the school office each morning where our PTA members will be on hand to collect it. Please do not give money to class teachers.
There will be a $20 voucher for the two families who sell the most chocolate, as well as, a random draw which everyone who sells chocolates will be entered into.

Families with outstanding debts will not be issued with chocolates.

Please fill out and agree to the terms below if you are interested in helping us to sell chocolates.

Chocolate Selling - I Am Interested

Our family would like to sell chocolates on behalf of the PTA and Banks Avenue School.
We are happy to have one box of chocolates issued to us.
We make the commitment to return money for each box of chocolates to the school as soon as possible.
We accept that there is a legal obligation to pay for the chocolates or return the goods in a satisfactory condition.
All money or unsold chocolates will be returned to school by Monday 11 April.
