The logo was designed using the following ideas. These ideas were gathered from consultation and discussion with lots of people.
- Trees – Banks Avenue has many trees lining it, there are significant trees around Banks Avenue School and the original site was an orchard.
- We have six key values (respect, responsibility, empathy, attitude, co-peration and honesty).
- Dudley Creek – it is also the provider of life to the trees.
- Learning as a journey.
